I use this service for a medical procedure in Tijuana. I flew through the states they were able to get passes to not even have to stop at the border other than just a quick showing of the passports. Secondly, they helped me choose where to stay. It was close to the medical center area great advice.

Third and most appreciatively the day of my procedure. I asked them to help me arrange transport, which wasn’t very far, but they recommended not to walk far that first day. And it was a National Holiday. The team picked me up and dropped me off and took me to a pharmacy too. It felt personal and was unexpected. I tried to pay for the additional services and he wouldn’t take cash or card.
