Cross the Border Transportation made my entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Juan was absolutely amazing. He picked me up right from my home in San Diego, got me safely to my surgery, and was already waiting for me when I was discharged. After surgery, the last thing you want to worry about is transportation, and he made everything so easy.

What really stood out was that Juan even picked up my medications for me after surgery, so I didn’t have to get out of the vehicle. He constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and took great care of me throughout the entire trip.

Scheduling was incredibly easy, and communication was excellent from the beginning. Their transportation van is brand new, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for anyone traveling after a medical procedure.

If you’re traveling to Tijuana for surgery or any medical appointment, I highly recommend Cross the Border Transportation. Professional, reliable, compassionate service, and worth every penny. I’ll absolutely be using them again! :)

Great experience, from beginning to end. They made the process super easy. They picked me up at the San Diego Airport and crossed the border straight to our hotel. The whole time I felt very comfortable and safe. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Cross Border Transit has been the best car service I have used between San Diego to Tijuana. I go a couple of times a year to see my Doctor and have tried a few other companies, but working with Andres to set up the transfers plus service itself was seamless! Both Andres and Juan were also fantastic, safe drivers in very nice vehicles. I will definitely use again and highly recommend!!
