I had an absolutely amazing experience with this medical transportation service. They picked me up on September 14th and transported me to Tijuana, Baja California for my surgery, then brought me safely back home the following day.

From beginning to end, everything was incredibly smooth, professional, organized, and stress-free. Having reliable transportation during something as important as surgery made such a huge difference, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

On the way home after being discharged from the hospital, I was feeling a little nauseous and asked the driver if he could stop so I could get a cold coffee and some bolillo bread in downtown Tijuana. He was so kind and accommodating and made sure I had what I needed before we continued the drive home. That extra level of care meant so much to me, especially right after surgery.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The communication, professionalism, kindness, and overall service were outstanding. Everything felt seamless from pickup to drop-off, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.
