Cross the Border Transportation made my entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Juan was absolutely amazing. He picked me up right from my home in San Diego, got me safely to my surgery, and was already waiting for me when I was discharged. After surgery, the last thing you want to worry about is transportation, and he made everything so easy.
What really stood out was that Juan even picked up my medications for me after surgery, so I didn’t have to get out of the vehicle. He constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and took great care of me throughout the entire trip.
Scheduling was incredibly easy, and communication was excellent from the beginning. Their transportation van is brand new, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for anyone traveling after a medical procedure.
If you’re traveling to Tijuana for surgery or any medical appointment, I highly recommend Cross the Border Transportation. Professional, reliable, compassionate service, and worth every penny. I’ll absolutely be using them again! :)
